Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 09:00
Parties or noisy gatherings are strictly prohibited
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments or on the terrace. Penalty for smoking: 50–250 EUR
Burning candles is strictly prohibited inside the apartments and on the terrace
Pets are not allowed without prior approval from the host
Pets may only be walked within the community area while on a leash
Pets are prohibited from defecating or urinating on plants
Owners must ensure that their pets do not disturb other residents' rest and peace during quiet hours
Safety
When leaving the apartment, please make sure the main door is properly locked
Guests are fully responsible for their personal safety, belongings, and behavior during their stay
The property owner is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or loss/damage of personal belongings occurring inside the apartments or on the premises
Cleanliness and Maintenance
Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition. Take out the trash, and empty the refrigerator before departure.
Please report any damages or malfunctions to apartment property as soon as possible
Please sort waste according to the instructions on the bins
